From Point A to Point B

From Point A to Point B. Travelling in the in-between. To get from where we are to where we want to be. We need the bridge of momentum. We need movement. We need forward motion. The body is designed to move. We must w ork with our bodies to reach our goal s. We have to break ourselves from thinking patterns that aren't helping us succeed. We have to give up old ways that aren't working. We can't keep walking in circles wondering why we are dizzy. It's time to reach our potential. It's time to take a leap of faith and fully pursue our dreams. Reflect on what you want. Create a plan. We need to focus on the in-between. Not the beginning, not the ending. Right now, in this breath. This thought, this step. Visualize a better life then take action to make it happen. We are the one responsible. We must focus, dial in and take notice. It begins in the body like learning how to drive or play a new sport. The body is capable if the mind is willing. So it's up to us
